Xmas greeting from EU HK Union and news

Dear fellow HK reps, masters, instructors,
Finally, we begun last month of year 2008. This year has been very successfull for European HK:
we have organized European HK activities and infastructure, EU HK Union Consitution exists now, have enjoyed fantastic time in Seminars in Sweden and Ireland, new black belts has been promoted, communication has been quite active etc.
For next year, we have many exiting events:

  • EU HK Union Instructor Training in Finland (15th-17th May 2009),

  • HK World Championships in Busan, South- Korea in July 24-28, 2009
 
Also, on new 3rd dan as appreared. Greece rep. for UWHKF, Mr. Chris is nowadays wearing light blue jacket- I believe all of us sends our congratulations for this achievement to him !!
 
In this comments, there is one new name.

Mr. Claudio Consollini from Italy has joined UWHKF.

Mr. Consollini is experienced martial artists a lot, who is black belt in several diciplines: TaeKwonDo, Hapkido, Haidong Gumdo etc. He was training WHGF style
and has joined UWHKF since last week.
On behalf of EU HK Union board,
I wish him warmly welcomed to UWHKF!
We will meet him latest in EU HK Union Instructor Seminar in Finland May 2009.
 
I have received very positive news from reps in Ireland, UK and Greece.
It seems that May 2009 Seminar in Finland will collect many black belts and students from EU HK Union.
I would still be happy to get some approximate number of participants from Holland, Sweden and Germany - to be able to prepare everything and check that sport-center has enough capacity to accommondate everybody in May 2009.
All together, we are expecting about 140-150 participants to this event - majority of them black belts and higher keup-belts.
 
I thank You all for Your support and activity during this year.
As I told You, I am taking off to Dominican Republic for holidays on coming saturday.
I will return just f
or xmas. Therefore, during that time EU HK Union office is closed.
